Can't Purchase Anything

Clicking any dollar-denominated item in the store generates the following error:

"Store Error

Please ensure you have network connectivity and a valid billing account..."

I made a purchase yesterday without any problems and just bought something else on iTunes just fine. No other issues with the game. Completed my dailies including a Bronzium pack.

Updating to iOS version 10.3.2 fixed it
