UI QoL: Character source filter.

Please add a filter for shard source. Doesn't have to be anything super fancy, just something like hitting the Guild Store filter to see only characters that can be found in Guild shipments. It's a handy way of keeping track of who is available where, and would end that occasional problem where people come here to complain that a character isn't available anywhere just because they haven't rotated out yet.
