Looking for haat guild

I'm looking for high level est based guild that hits 30,000 tickets with raid times around 7-8pm. Active community for theory crafting etc. very important to me. I have around 25 g10-11 toons and avg arena rank of 3 I usually place 1 or 2. I have 7* GK so I'm not looking for a free ride.
