Raid rewards

We completed a HAAT raid today and most of us didn't get our rewards. It said something to the effect of: "you didn't finish high enough to get rewards." Well I finished 4th and the first place guy got the same message... What's going on? Should I open a ticket?

Should be fixed by now. I got a new email with a whack of gear and 14 Han shards for 7th place

Some people got double rewards, others didn't. Causing a lot of distress in my guild currently as a lot of people, myself included, are feeling that they missed out

^^^ truth, just hope you get a bug and decent comp. Mind, sometimes you get nothing. At least they are consistent, and have RNG involved in the comp aspect as well.
