Energy refresh notifications are off

I am getting notifications that I have energy refreshes and/or that my energy is fill but it is not. The energy refreshes notifications to get the free 45 energy are going off at the wrong time. Please fix.

I have also gotten several messages telling me my energy is full when it isn't. Had approximately 4 false notifications this morning already.

I got 3 telling me to collect energy just now, 2 at noon. Some kind of increasing counter?
