2nd turn TM to Tarkin (with no real use). Guess because he was the teammate with lowest TM.
3rd turn basic shot (OMG)
4th turn fracture (WOOT), on kylo (nooooooooooooo). Guess because he had counter attack buff...

1st If u wanna showcase Thrawn, perhaps u shouldn't stun him.

2nd He only fractures if a character has a removable buff. As soon as 1 of your toons did, Kylo, he was all over Fracture.

Fracture is a dispel as well. Can only assume WAI. Thrawn is all over a Baze or Shore immediately.

I don't see it getting changed. Rex doesn't pop his tm/tenacity up/cleanse unless a removable debuff exists...no matter how many ppl want him to under AI.

I have also reports against a team with baze where thrawn just basic on first move or give tm to Tarkin. But he still doesn't fracture baze.
