Rancors End.....
We are recruiting for 8 new members.
Have been mostly full but a kick off all members to reset year old counters meant that we lost a few members that obviously didnt read messages i posted about this. Not something done before and wont do again for probably a year.
More about our guild. The 40 members (2 still pending) got 19k tickets between them.
We was getting 20k-23k prior to the above.
We are doing heroic pit. 2 rules we enforce here
1 - Standard 0 damage 24 hours.
2 - One team (any team) each for 12 hours. Usually this clears the raid but if still any left then free for all.
We are completing NAAT in 2 refreshes.
We are just about to 'test the waters' with HAAT to see how far we get and where we need improvement.

So no 600 ticket rules although i do monitor to make sure a decent contribution is being done but i dont track daily.
