Deathmark applies over tenacity up in pit raid

Title says it all. Rex uses squad discipline for tenacity up and the guards deathmark applies over it and persists even after getting hit. Running heroic on iOS

Deathtrooper can apply deathmark to toons with tenacity up as well. Not sure if it is WAI or not.
