Fleet Arena Crash

Whenever I try to enter fleet arena or a fleet arena challenge, my game just continues to load and never opens. I have tried doing both of these things with WiFi off and with the WiFi on. Sucks because I keep slipping in the fleet ranks and I can't do fleet challenges without simulating. Is this happening to anyone else?

I get error 74.0 when I do my fleet battles sometimes which prevents me from getting my payout and I'm not sure why
