Next Zeta?

I have Zylo and Zavage and am debating about next zeta. Any suggestions?

Sidius or Boba or Thrawn or Tarkin or ???

Note: I have a geared Vader but have been resistant to Zeta him. Mostly just can't stand him, and the way tenacity up makes him useless doesn't help.

Thrawns is apparently great, but with zsavage maul works best? Tarkin is regarded as not the best investment

I reluctantly put a Zeta on Sidious. I never regretted it. Vader is great for raids. Zidious doesn't really come to life until gear 11. He is a beast though. Great for Galactic war and Tank Raids. I don't even have Thrawn but I hear is is worth it.
