Heroic pit dropped on 1st attempt currently on 2nd attempt with 1 slot left

On our 2nd attempt at pit after having succesfully dropped it on our first attempt and to say it was easier than we thought. But we have 1 Slot available.
Do you want to receive Support, Experience and Gear from more senior players?
Our Guild has 49 members core range 75-85.
EST 9pm Raid Launch times but have mixed members from different time zones.
Monday & Thursday Heroic Rancor + NAAT Open always.
We require 400 tickets daily from junior members and 600 tickets at least 2x per week with more senior players expected to strive to 600 tickets daily.
