Darth Vader ship problem

Darth Vaders ship doesn't always remove 100% turn meter even tho the enemy ship is target locked

Edit: forgot about Vader's special against target locked ships. It will only remove the TM if the enemy ship was target locked. Thanks to the person below me for pointing that out.

If you are talking about his special ability (evasion down and ability block), that 100% turn meter removal works only if the target enemy is target locked...

Yea I know the enemy ship needs to be target locked but even when it's target locked it sometimes doesn't remover turn meter still

The TM removal can be resisted.
