Armor from the fleet shop

So for the third time here i am because i just bought a mk 4 sensor from the fleet shop to bring my f/o officer to gear 10. I need 1 more and i bought 5. So my question is has anyone else bought gear from one of the shops and it just never shows up and ends up being a waste of whichever currency you spent?
Im only asking because we all know how much it sucks trying to spend our currencies wisely

You sure you didn't buy the mk3 by mistake? I've never had gear not show up, but I have accidentally bought the wrong type before.

No i double checked it and had a couple guys i work with that play the game too look at it...which is why i left the comment to see if it were just myself
