Unable to sim anything.

Having this problem where I'm unable to sim anything in the game. It asks you to purchase energy using crystals even in Challenges section.
Checked with shard mates in other regions and they have the same issue.

No. I have huge amounts. I bought energy with crystals and it allowed me to sim but then the issue came back again later in the challenges again. I'll try reinstall and noticed an update is incoming.
