Tank fighting back while toppled

I just did a junk run on p4 HAAT with Teebo lead, chirpa, scout, elder and gunray. Nute's detonator exploding toppled the tank. From there on, the tank remained toppled, even when tm recovered, no air strike happened, b2s never respawned, BUT the turrents continued to fight and fire as normal.

Weird.

I carried on till the team died and sent in a new squad. Tank was back to normal, but no sign of the B2s again.

I have screenshots of this if needed.

I have definitely seen where the airstrike and B2s don't happen, but the tank didn't stay toppled.
