Join my guild?

I have a guild with several people I know. We actually know each other!. But it's so hard to make progress with only 6 people actually contributing. We've progressed fairly far( not really), ... "but we want you! Level whatever and hooked on the game? We want you! Are you Level 85 but don't want a crazy demanding guild with a guild dictator pushing you? We want you! We can make it work. Somehow. I'll figure out how to do that....
