Lost Ability mats after update

All of my level 3 mats are now gone after the update. I had at least 30 because I'm only lvl 56 and no one requires them yet so I've been racking up. Anyone else had this happen to them? Anyway to get them back?

I actually also thought that a lot of lvl 3 mats were disappearing but it wasn't true. A lot of ability updates require also lvl 3 mats but you have to scroll in the cost area to see they actually also cost level 3 matd

Yes I know. but the problem is before the update I had at least 30. Now I only have two and I just got those today. Before the update I could clearly see how many I had when I went to the upgrade screen it's just I was on a low level and not capable of using them at the time.(I'm still not for a few characters).
