Mod help

Started running thrawn (l), DT, shore, GK, and DN for arena. I'm wondering what mods I should be farming, especially for DT and GK. I know speed is most important, but should I just farm speed mods? I have all the challenges 3* except offense. Thanks in advance.

Right now I have thrawn at 250 speed, and nihilus right around 200. Shore is just under 200 using health mods. I have speed mods on GK at 198, and offense mods on DT in the 190s.
