I noticed in the shipments area that a stun cuff costs like 1400 crystals. Some toons need 50 stun cuffs to fill a gear slot. So if you were to buy the stun cuffs from shipments, are you buying just one out of the 50 you need or are you buying one that will fill a gear slot? If it is just one single piece of gear I can't imagine why anyone would spend that many crystals. Even whales.

It's made out of 50 it will fill the slot

1400 = 1 Full stun cuff
50 is the salvage. 50 Salvages = 1 Full Cuff

As expensive as it is, I can see how much time it could save. Too bad I don't spend that kind of money on this game. Could be a real game changer as far as the gear grind.

Also note salvage has a red tint to it full pieces are full color
