Old Ben revival bug

When old ben dies, he's supposed to provide a bunch of buffs to the team because of his passive ability. If you revive him and then he dies again, he does not provide any of these buffs to the team. I've noticed this several times over the past few days in galactic war. I used an old ben lead with his passive omega'd and ewok elder as the reviver.

Since his description reads "when old ben is defeated" and not "when old ben is defeated the first time", I believe this to be a bug. Can it get looked into?
