Kylo and his incoming ship migration

Okay so for those of you not up to date. Kylo has a new ship, a legit one he pilots. It's friggin badass! If you wanna go into episode 8 stop not but for those of you who wanna know it's called the.... Tie silencer and it looks amazing. I don't know how to add pictures but if anyone could that would be helpful. But furthermore, how do you think they are gonna go about replacing Kylo on his own shuttle?

Thank you for the visuals I agree a new Kylo will probably come forward. Hopefully one less reckless and more balanced
