Transfer across Platforms?

I just bought an iPhone 7 and wanted to transfer my data from my account that is linked to Google Play to my new iOS account. I contacted EA Help and used the chat option and explained my situation. The Game Advisor quickly told me that it is not possible to transfer across platforms, but afterwards I checked on the forums and they confirmed that it was possible by CG_ Kozispoon. I wanted to know if it really is possible to transfer because I'm worried. Thanks!

It is possible, you need your player id, and other Ido, see kozis post and then submit a ticket, it does take a few days to do but they have offered that service since January I believe
