Refreshing Opponents in Arena
When trying to refresh for new opponents in Arena, it took me over 50 refreshes to be offered the lowest fightable rank. I was trying to attack rank 23 from 30. Tested for a while and rank 23 appeared about once every 50ish refreshes.
