Chief chirpa shipment purchased. But not received

I purchased the shipment but the game went to restart client mode. When it rebooted it would not let me activate him. I also got a mail saying I had received the chirpa shipment. However. Chirpa is not activated and I do not have the shard.
I hate these new timesinks called Tb/tw. Annoying features.
