Thrawn Basic Damage while Rancor is toppled

Recently noticed that when the Rancor is Toppled, Thrawns Basic hits for about 24-25k. During topple I apply offense up from Tusken Shaman. His basic still hits for 25k in this scenario. When not toppled, Offense up works correctly.

Apparently this means that the offense up received from Morale Bonus doesn't stack onto offense up buff

Realized the morale III bonus gives offense up. But it doesn't say it doesn't stack with a toon-generated offense up.
