I've had a similar issue in game this last week. Also in other game areas, & receiving no response from EA CG. Just a run around with email links. Send in tickets, get 1st email response, click on link that sends me to a website form that resumes my ticket. Why was my ticket closed? Fill out form and just keep repeating that cycle.
I am pretty sure if you spend your own hard earned money in game. That this typically doesn't encourage you to spend more money in game. This customer non service from EA CG response.
