Active low level guild?

Started a second char on a tablet. I invested some cash in it, like the droid pack. Currently level 37 and I would like to raid at this level since I missed out on that with my main.

Are there any active raiding, low level baby guilds out there?

I enjoy taking my time at the lower levels, kind of doing the **** thing and trying to get the available toons as strong as possible.
