Missing crystals

I bought 220 crystals through Apple. The game crashed during purchase and even though I received a confirmation of purchase from Apple it hasn't been added to my game (even after several restarts). How do I go about getting these added?

Same just happened to me. I purchased 2800 crystals, it "timed out" then said I was all set. The charge is on my account but no crystals were added.

Please create an in game ticket to contact our Customer Support team and they will be able to look into this issue for you and add any missing content found.
