well, someone who joins cannot jump into an existing raid to help knock it out as far as I know...
so your tickets will be wasted but it's good learning opportunity to try your first T7.

we just cleared our first T7 on first attempt - so here's my tip:
have one guy with a strong turn-meter removal team go first and try to clear P1 and even P2
then make sure nobody does damage simultaneously - you want all guild members' damage to stack and count towards knocking it out...so communicate and decide who goes in which order after the TM teams.
