zeta confirm option needed

I have just accidently given a character a zeta while I was upgrading. I know this can't be undone but I think a confirmation window when applying zeta's is needed. it takes a VERY LONG time to get a full zeta and I think this would help reduce the feel bad when accidently giving them to a character.
