Grammar Matters: CLS "It Binds All Things" Error

On the left, in the pic below, it grammatically reads allies earn half of all the listed effects (health, protection, and TM). However, on the right, it grammatically reads allies earn half of CLS's TM gain, and nothing more. Which is it?
FWIW, the mechanics on GG state allies only gain the 5% TM. Therefore, do you mind correcting your grammar on the left? One period and the removal of the first "and" would correct everything.
