Not enough time
The Heros Journey packs have a purchase window of 2 weeks but the event only lasts 1 week. I have spent over 3k crystals farming Old Ben and the goal was to buy a pack for 80 shards, but the event doesn't last long enough. I will run out of time, so now I feel as though I've wasted all those crystals and buying a pack would be a waste as well. If the event lasted as long as the packs were in the store it would be perfect.
This might be a unique case where business was lost but nevertheless it's my feedback. I'm sure there are others that have this same scenario.
