Thrawn not working correctly under Krennic lead

What should happen: When Thrawn scores a Critical Hit with his Basic under Krennic lead, he should apply an unresistable Ability Block (from the lead) and a Speed Up buff (from his basic). After the enemy takes a turn, the Speed Up turns into an Ability Block, therefore the target is Ability Blocked for 2 turns.
What actually happens: When Thrawn scores a Critical Hit with his Basic under Krennic lead, he applies only the unresistable Ability Block from Krennic's lead, but not his own Speed Up, therefore the target is only Ability Blocked for 1 turn.

According to mechanics, the speed up is checking to make sure there's no ability block, since Thrawn is supposed to stun in that case. But since the stun check for ability block is happening before damage, and the speed up after, the Krennic ability block isn't there yet.

So they would either need to move the speed up before damage to make it work like you describe, or move the ability block check after damage to make him stun with a Krennic lead. However, they probably want that stun before damage to be able to block counters and tm effects.
