How is the character that my allies get to borrow chosen?

None of my allies have 7 star Yoda yet, and so I've wanted to share him and let them all try him out.

Only one person has been able to access him tho, and other people have gotten things as random as a 7 star Old Ben offered from me (I only have Old Ben at 5 stars so no clue how someone borrowed him from me at 7 stars).

I heard it might be your arena leader, so after I got my first place prizes today I started another battle and made Yoda lead.

Anyone have any idea how to make sure (or give the best possible chance) that my allies can borrow Yoda?

It's whatever your leader is for that game mode..for instance my leader for the light side is obi wan, so all my allies who does have obi wan on their team as one of their 5 member of the team is how they can use him.

And they have to not be using him on their squad. Even if theirs is only 5* then if he's on their squad they won't see your 7.
