Indirect buff to Imperial Supercommando.

Add the Imperial Trooper tag. Makes sense lorewise, since he's a normal footsoldier (Mando, but still), and would make him a bit more viable in other instances of the game.

I imagine Imp Troopers being required for something in the future (Flash event, Hero's Journey,, etc). Having ISC would help expand the faction so we can have more posibilities while farming. It would also give us more reasons to farm him, apart from his ship.
