Rewards in galactic war

Not been paying much attention to recent updates/bug fixes and stuff and I can't find anything on the forums but was just wondering has there been some sort of update in the rewards we get for gw? The reason I ask is the second to last node ( which was very hard ) I won a general grievous shard, bit of a shock really considering how long and rare he is, anyone else ever got one or something even better?

Yes, i get Griveous shard sometimes. No such op shards as Nihilus, Baze, Shore, etc. I'm quite happy when the shard reward is shard that i haven't *7 yet

About half a year ago they increased the rewards for Galactic War. They added a few hundred thousand credits, a similar amount of ship materials, and a greatly increased chance to get character shards on the harder nodes (6, 9, 11) as well as three shards on the final node.
