Tie Pilot no longer available in bronze data cards?

So I get 24 out of 25 shards for my Tie Pilot and with the last update it looks like he is no longer a possible drop in the bronze cards. Not cool. Did the developers feel he was just too powerful and yank him? I know I was just drooling over the possibility of a three or even four star Tie Pilot. Will he even drop in the chrome cards now or is he just nerfed right out of the game entirely?

Relying on bronze cards for his shards would take forever.

He has 2 hard nodes

6 B hard dark side
6 D hard light side

So if you really want him, level up your player and work on pve
