Yeah that's how you power level when the cap is raised.

It cant go over the cap on its own.. Only when u manually boost it

Yes but it doesn't refresh past the cap. So your cap is say 130 and you have 230/130 you won't generate more until you get down to 129. But bonus energy etc will continue to stack

You just won't get the Regen of energy, but if it comes from other sources, like the daily energy or level, it can excede, and will be green.

Yes, however you will lose 240 energy per day doing this.
