Question on Raids and Loot

The question is on tied players and loot. I remember reading before that if players were tied in damage, that they did not all get the same loot, but that the order was based off their player number. Is that still true?

Thanks- shame it isn't all the same, but I can understand why. That would be a lot of extra top end loot.

U would think that. Strangely enuf, I find I have much better chances of full pieces in Rancor if I place 10-15.
