Feature requests: Date joined, donations requested

We are a Guild at capacity and starting to devise strats to winnow out those who aren't contributing. Two additional field displays I would love to see in the player card view would be the following:

1. Date joined - When did the player join their current Guild? This helps differentiate between a new member and an older one who has been around for a while but isn't participating.

2. Donations requested - This is a complement to "Gear Donated in Exchange". If someone is only taking and never giving, I want to know that, but I also don't want to penalize someone who is never donating if they're never asking for anything, either.

I like these additions, But would also suggest a date for when people started the game. Not a huge deal for choosing guild members but It would just be nice to know in general.

With this information you can have a daily/weekly/monthly tickets from each member.

Everyone should request everyday something. If not he is not very active.
