ATF whirlwind (non-zeta) being completely evaded by foresight

Okay so something just happened that seems wrong but im hoping one of you will be able to shed some light on it. I had max buffs on ATF and she was about to go in for massive damage with whirlwind on baze BUT their allied r2 put up smokescreen and gave Baze foresight. When i went to use whirlwind his foresight caused him to dodge the entire thing but i was under the impression ATF's whirlwind did damage 9 seperate times similar to Thrawn's fracture meaning baze should have only dodged the first attack. Thoughts??

When an attack does damage multiple times, Foresight will dodge the whole attack. This will be the same for Ahsoka, Thrawn, Sabine, etc. Whenever there is another attack, Foresight will only dodge the first one (Leia, Ezra, etc). This should always be specified in the description of the ability.
