Is there a reason you keep trying to limit the fun people can have in this event? Some folks have actually put serious $$$ into their fleets and you are saying to them... "so sorry, most of the stuff you built over all this time can't be used!" WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT??? WHY??? That was the ONE SINGLE bright spot for players who are not fanatical rebel/lightside fans. This TB is definitively marginalizing half your player base. Till that, it wasn't as bad, was still bad, but not as bad for DS fans. NOW??? Why don't you just issue us a manual for how we are supposed to play the game and where you want us to spend cause frankly this is becoming less and less letting us freely choose how to play and more and more forcing us to play a certain way. It has already been an avalanche of lightside BEFORE this hit, now you are just piling the snow on!

Basically after this, lightside is going to be solidified at the top of the power structure and you would literally have to give darkside a mass annihilate with like a four turn cooldown to squeaky wheel that pendulum stuck on the lightside of things back in the other direction. I BOUGHT the slave 1 and Kylo packs and several other ship packs. I invested $ in the fleet cause it was the only aspect of the game more like a chess match than squad arena that is pure checkers. This event giving players access to parts they need to develope ALL characters, if the fleet part stays the same, will benefit to the extreme... just your lightside fans and really make those of us who built dark fleets and bought the dark ship packs... feel like ****.
