Can't access account

Hi, I've been playing Star Wars galaxy of heros for around six months and my account was registered with my gamecenter that I made a while back. My account was not registed with an email or an Apple ID so when my account got disabled I tried contacting Apple support but they said that since it was not registed with an Apple ID they could not reenable the account.

I was hoping that maybe someone at EA could transfer my account to my new profile and erase the other one. Any response would be much appreciated.
