SWGOH.GG - How to eliminate duplicate accounts?

I can't find any contact information for the folks at swgoh.gg so thought I'd try here.

We have a guild member whose ign appears on our swgoh.gg guild page twice.

We had him go into Settings and click the undesired account as "Unlisted" but this has not worked. Moreover, he created an alt account and linked the new/different Player ID to it. No dice.

Is there a workaround here? The undesired User No. is 1630. Please help.

I learned that a system-wide fix will occur that "will reset all profiles with Duplicate Player IDs in them, leaving the account that was last logged into untouched. Going forward, any time a Player ID is entered in a profile, it will remove the previous one. Iam hoping to have this fix out by the end of the week. "

this matter seems to have been resolved (at least on my end, curious if you also had your situation remedied.)
