Deployments Bug - Incomplete or Double

I'm in Phase 4 Ship territory. I did all my platoons that I could (didn't bother with two since they had Falcon.... thanks for that BTW) once combat was done I manually deployed remainder via the deployments section.



Then I went back into platoons and noticed I had 3 more that it says I could deploy:


Then it let me assign them in that platoon:


So the question is, did the manual deployment not truly take everything when I did a select all, or is it letting me double dip deployments?
