I have a team with Dooku, Asajj lead, and Daka, and Daka is definitely going first.

Daka may be missing a piece of gear that gives her plus six speed. The one on the centre right at gear 8 if I remember correctly.

These three gears give her more speed.

Make sure they are all complete.
