Resistance Finn zeta is broken

When playing phase 3, yesterday all worked normal, now when I apply expose and hit the toon that have expose, sometimes it wont grant me cooldown -1 and 35% turnmeter. Actually this happen 5 out of 10 times...completely ruining resistance mechanic. If this would happen yesterday when I was playing TB I would die on 4 phase because of broken mechanic...coating me TB points. I hope that is just one time thing.

At least provide some screenshots of before and after, or a video of it. You can just use a Galactic War node to try and trigger this if it is the case.

Oh did not think of that...I put in jedi team, died and after that it worked again like it os suppose to...will shoot a video next time, srry
