TB special missions prizes not delivered

My guild had 30 players that did the special mission that give Hoth Leia shards ( i was one of them) and most of 50 did the another special mission that give 10 currency of the New Shop, but i and some other players of the guild dont received that prizes after TB, nheither before. I still with 0 shards for her and only received the currency of the stars did, plus the extra for did over 25 stars conquer.
