Platoon Requirements

It would be great to be able to access the Platoon requirements for each phase as soon as it launches. I think the idea is that they don't want people to swap around guilds to meet the requirements, but as long as it is set so that if you switch guilds you cannot participate in any active guild activities, that would eliminate that. It would also give guilds time to prepare and notify people what platoons to avoid if there is no way guild members can get it filled.
