Nightsister Acolyte Dispel

I was undertaking GW when I was faced with a Palpatine, Anakin combo and all that healing debuff that comes with it. I manage to take out an enemy with the Acolyte's dispel attack, however she didn't remove any of the healing debuff status as intended. There was only two debuffs on my side of the field at the time and neither were dispelled. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen. Is there some mechanic I'm missing, are higher potency character status effects harder to remove?

Never got last hit for Acolyte when someone got healing debuff, i sorry, i dont know about this. but i know, her dispel works on DoT-debuff (made it twice and both time she removed all DoT-debuffs). just sorry, her damage is so low, its really hard to "prepare" an opponent for her to finish.
